U of I CDA Non Profit Leadership Series

Two sessions of an eight-class series for non profit leaders that have been strategically designed to support the specific leadership training needs of staff and board members of nonprofit organizations throughout Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, and all of northern Idaho and eastern Washington. Step-by-step process for starting or maintaining a Nonprofit Organization, getting on track, and staying on track. This two part session will go through how to properly set up a NPO, be it a Corporation (sub-chapter C or sub-chapter S) or a Limited Liability Company. If your NPO already exists, this will give you a checklist to make sure it is formed properly.
