After having her September appearance thwarted by a fire evacuation, an undaunted Maya Jewell Zeller returns to 3 Minute Mic to be the featured readier in the “Remember the Word” showcase. Maya’s third poetry collection, “Alchemy for Cells and Other Beasts,” has just been released. Open mic readers can share up to three minutes’ worth of poetry. Content is not censored.
