The Winter Salon

An evening of lectures, readings and signings with featured poets. David Axelrod, author of eight poetry collections and professor at Eastern Oregon University, will present, “A Lyric Ecology for the End of the World (and After).” Melissa Kwasny, the author of seven poetry collections and recipient of Poetry Society of America’s 2008 Cecil Hemly Award, will discuss, “The Power of the Image.” Christopher Howell, author of 10 poetry collections and professor at Eastern Washington University and director of Willow Springs Books, will present, “Poetry and the Inner Life.”
