From the Ashes, An American Smoked and Fired Foods Adventure
Nationally recognized pitmasters from across the United States will showcase their best barbecue. Each will feature two-three proteins and a speciality side dish. The event will also feature an “application station” to learn other ways to cook cuts of smoked and fired foods. Regional craft beer and wine will be available.
