Practical Centering: Yoga
July 17, 24 and 31. Through these weekly energizing sessions participants will learn to experience the benefits of Pilates’ movement exercises. Led by Polestar-Certified Pilates instructor Larkin Barnett, this fitness regimen establishes a strong Pilates and supple yoga body. Pilates builds core strength without excess bulk; while Yoga improves balance and flexibility. Please bring an exercise mat and bottled water to class. Class begins at 1:30 p.m.
