Introductory Passage Meditation Workshop
An introductory course on passage meditation held by the Spokane fellowship group of the Blue Mountain Center of Meditation (BMCM). Open to anyone curious about its and how to establish a practice. No previous meditation experience necessary. Members of any religious tradition and life philosophy are welcome. Four Tuesday sessions, 6-7:30 p.m. Feb. 5: Starting a meditation practice. Feb. 12: Building a meditation practice. Feb. 19: Maintaining a meditation practice. Feb. 26: Supporting an ongoing meditation practice. Sessions are video instruction and discussion followed by 30 minutes of meditation.
