Customers can bring in non-perishable food items or pet food in exchange for fine forgiveness. Donations go to 2nd Harvest Food Bank and SCRAPS. Lost or damaged materials will not qualify for fine forgiveness. Available at Spokane Public Library locations. April 7-20.
