Author of “Wandermere: Legacy on the Little Spokane River,” the story of the transformation of the banks of the Little Spokane River from being owned by the Northern Pacific Railroad, to being purchased by late 1800s by Spokane pioneer Francis H. Cook, to changing hands several times before being purchased by Robert C. Ross and A.L Doran in 1930 to late become home to the Wandermere Golf Course.
