Feb. 7-9. Three days of wine-tasting seminars, luncheons with wine pairings, chef dinners and more. “Taste at Twilight” opening reception Friday from 6-10 p.m., lakeside dinner experience Saturday from 6:30-11 p.m. and grand tasting event Sunday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., with other classes and wine-pairing meals available between. All seminars and meals are individually ticketed, ranging from $35-$225.
