Cooking Night: Lebanese Night with Chef Lesa

Start by making Manakish flatbread with zaatar seasoning and homemade hummus for dipping. For the main course, make beef koftas, a skewered ground beef seasoned with warm spices and served with a dilled yogurt. Also make Adas Bhamoud, a delicate soup with Swiss chard, French lentils and fresh lemon.
