Cooking Class: Japanese Night
Chef Lesa starts the class with a Chirashi bowl; bowl filled with rice, salmon, ahi tuna, shrimp and vegetables. Next, Tuna Yaki Onigiri; rice, crispy ahi and sweet soy sauce. Finishing the class with Tantanmen Ramen; glazed chicken, ramen noodles and fresh herbs.
