Vietnamese is Back
Chef Lesa will lead the class in making a rice paper dumpling filled with pork and herbs, served with Nuoc Cham sauce. Followed by Pho Ga; a broth served over rice noodles, chicken and fresh herbs. The last dish will be Bun Cha; a Vietnamese meatball served in fresh lettuce leaves, veggies and herbs and finished with a sweet chili sauce.
