Japanese Night with Sushi
Chef Lesa leads the class in making Oyakodon, a rice bowl with shoyu chicken. Followed by a Burning Volcano roll, filled with crab, cream cheese and veggies. The final dish will be a spicy salmon roll with fresh herbs and tobiko.
