Tomlinson Sotheby's is marketing a 205-acre ranch with a 10,000 sf log house in Greenacres, for $3.5 million. It was the home of Curt Berklund, a former North Idaho sawmill owner who also served as national director of the BLM. Broker’s open house is Saturday.
