As the GU men and women's teams both are set for the NCAA Tournament, some Spokane retirees are hitting their stride in BB 'camp' for the first time. At Touchmark South Hill, a group is celebrating the NCAA Basketball Tournament with some fun of their own: a basketball fitness skills camp.
With their own March Madness workout, a few Spokane retirees have found a way to get in some hoops action while cheering on the Zags. The residents in a class at Touchmark on South Hill are aiming to score big in both strength and balance. They're learning about footwork, passes, dribbling and shooting skills.
