What happened: Kaylee Ripke struck out 12 in a complete game and went 2 for 3 with a homer, four runs and three RBIs and the second-seeded Scotties (16-6) eliminated the fourth-seeded Crimson Hawks (11-12) in five innings in a District 7 1A loser-out at Mt. Spokane HS on Saturday. Freeman faces the championship game loser in the district second-place game.

What happened: Lynlea Toner and Kaylee Winterroth hit home runs, Bree Waldron had two hits and scored four runs and the top-seeded Rams (14-2) beat visiting fourth-seeded Crimson Hawks (11-11) in a District 7 1A semifinal on Thursday. Riverside to the district title game Saturday at Mt. Spokane HS. Colville plays in a loser-out on Saturday.
