At University, Kamiakin (19-2) hammered North Central (7-16) 17-2 in five innings in a 3A Regional game to secure a spot in the 3A State tournament next week. Kamiakin pitcher Emiley Moore allowed just three hits over five innings of work, and teammates Melanie OOrd and Cylie Richards combined for nine RBIs in the win.

Caitlyn Fullmer scored on Sarah Tiffany's RBI triple in the bottom of the sixth inning and Shadle Park clipped North Central 6-5 in a 4A regional game at University High School. Fullmer reached on a two-out double, setting up Tiffany's game-winning hit. Fullmer finished with two doubles and scored twice.
