The Week 1 schedule is a massive letdown compared to the barrage of marquee matchups offered in the opening week of the 2025 season. The list of premier games for the Labor Day weekend includes Baylor-Auburn, Clemson-LSU, Louisville-Mississippi, Notre Dame-Wisconsin and Florida State-SMU. Not exactly a clear-your-calendar lineup.
