Game ball goes to... Running back Gerard Wicks was not even on the depth chart for WSU’s previous game, against Idaho. But he started Saturday’s game against the Ducks and set a physical tone early, barreling for 22 yards on the Cougars’ first offensive play of the game. Wicks finished with 60 yards and two scores on 11 carries, and added 15 receiving yards. Though both of his backfield mates finished with more rushing yards, it was Wicks who led the attack.

The WSU offense dominated Oregon in the 51-33 win.

Each of these three players rushed for a pair of touchdowns on Saturday.
