S-R Breakfast Provides Forum For Farm Views

Palouse-area farmers who want to let The Spokesman-Review know their thoughts about proposed changes in the federal farm program can do it over breakfast Wednesday in Pullman.

The session is from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. at Shermer’s, S. 300 Grand. Breakfast will be provided but seating is limited, so those who want to attend must call to reserve a spot. Call Doug Floyd, interactive editor, at 459-5466 in Spokane or toll-free at 1-800-789-0029, extension 5466.

S-R Editor Chris Peck, Business Editor Mark Hester, agriculture reporter Grayden Jones and Pullman Bureau Chief Eric Sorensen will be there to hear first-hand from those directly affected, what impacts to expect from decisions being made in Congress.
