Search Continues At Fatal Blast Site

Rescuers Wednesday continued searching the ruins of an 11-story apartment building destroyed by a gas explosion in the Baltic port of Gdansk. The blast killed at least nine people and left 18 missing.

The blast occurred shortly before 6 a.m. Monday when most residents were asleep. Thirty minutes earlier, a resident had reported a gas leak.
