Diane Hoss Named To Isu Dean’s List

Diane Hoss, a 1992 graduate of Coeur d’Alene High School, was named to the Dean’s List at Idaho State University for the spring semester. She also received the $2,585 Kasiska Health Science Scholarship.

The following North Idaho residents are spring college or university graduates:

Linfield College, McMinnville, Ore.: Diana Shockley, Coeur d’Alene; and Heather Killen, Sandpoint.

Boise State University: Marla Autio and Kelli Hayes, both of Mullan.

Williams College, Williamstown, Mass.: Stina Bridgeman, Coeur d’Alene.

Leonard Grutza, Coeur d’Alene, has graduated from the Inland Northwest Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Association Training Center.

Gamma Sigma Delta, honor society of agriculture, has admitted the following University of Idaho students with membership:

Moscow: Sandra Cann, David Diamond, Abid Farid and Kathryn Hamilton.

Troy: Malcolm Dell and Adair Lawrence.

The following high school students have received Army Reserve National Scholar/Athlete Awards:

St. Maries: Curtis Quigley and Sonnet Farrel.

Lakeside, Plummer: Lee Hammond and Lindsay Paulson.

Coeur d’Alene: Gabriel Zimmerman and Rebecca Fox.

Mullan: Matt Clifford and Kristina Elwood.

Post Falls: Ian Waltz and Shannon Olson.

Kootenai: Dan Usdrowski.

Kellogg: Michael Van Hoose and Sarah Lemieux.

Wallace: Owen Cotter and Marisa Hegbloom.

Lakeland, Rathdrum: Erik Martin and Teresa Viebrock.

Lake City, Coeur d’Alene: Dale Shaw and Nicole Nipp.

Sharon Tomlinson, Coeur d’Alene, received the Army Nurse Corps’ Spirit of Nursing Award at Lewis-Clark State College. She has earned perfect grades since returning for her bachelor of science degree in nursing and is on the school’s faculty-interview committee.

Tomlinson also volunteers twice a month at Ramsey Elementary.
