Coeur d’Alene police

Tom Stuart reported Monday the return of a $1,000 check written to him as rent payment.

Timothy Elder, mechanic at Lake City Ford, reported Monday the $7,000 theft of an ‘88 Ford Mustang from the lot at 1508 Fourth St.

Kootenai County sheriff

Thomas Richmond, Hayden, reported Monday the $452 theft of power tools, chainsaw and flood lamp from his garage in the 12600 block of Emerald Drive.

Kenneth Parkinson, Athol, reported Sunday the $380 theft of a cement mixer from his yard in the 27100 block of Seasons Road.
