Sexual assault charges against Florida Panthers defenseman Ed Jovanovski were withdrawn Friday morning in Windsor, Ontario, because the prosecuting attorney determined there wasn’t enough evidence to proceed to trial. He was charged with sexual assault in February after a 24-year-old Windsor woman filed a complaint.
