Toms River, N.J., defeated Arden Hills 11-4, the Dominican Republic defeated Canada 7-2, Taiwan beat Saudi Arabia 12-0 and Spring, Texas, topped Yorba Linda, Calif., 8-2.
At 2-0, Taiwan is assured a spot in the international final Thursday, and Spring is guaranteed an appearance in the U.S. title game.
