Personal Watercraft Limits Considered

Rexburg Rep. Golden Linford has heard bad things about Jet-Ski-style watercraft and may push legislation to restrict the speedy micro-boats.

But Linford concedes any law that could lead to new restrictions on who can use a personal watercraft or where they can operate will not come easily.

“It’s going to be contentious.”
