Tell Us About Favorite Decorated House

‘Tis the season to string up lights along the eaves and to plant Santa, his sleigh and some reindeer in the yard.

And to see a life-size Elvira cutout on the side of a home on North Monroe, with a Santa head over the Halloween queen’s face.

And to enjoy a tree on 14th Avenue just east of Lincoln, packed so tightly with different-colored lights on each branch that it looks like a burning bush.

Since many people like to drive around and view the best outdoor decorations, we want to compile a list so everyone can see the best sights. But we need your help.

Please call and tell us where the best outdoor holiday decorations are - anywhere in the Inland Northwest. Nominate your home, a neighbor’s, anyone’s.

Please call our Cityline service and leave a message. A push-button phone is required. In Eastern Washington, call (509) 458-8800 and - once the connection is made - enter category 9899. In North Idaho call (208) 765-8811, category 9899.

Cityline is free, but normal charges apply to long-distance calls.

Leave your name, a daytime telephone number, the address of the house you are nominating, and a description of the decorations.

Deadline is next Tuesday.
