Carroll College at Whitworth

The Pirates (5-1) put their four-game winning streak on the line when Carroll visits the Whitworth Fieldhouse for a 7 p.m. non-conference game.

At a glance: The Fighting Saints, who got 23 points from Guy Almquist in handing Whitworth a 73-67 loss in Helena, Mont., on Nov. 21, face a Pirates team that figures to be well-rested.

Whitworth hasn’t played since a 79-65 victory at Northwest College on Saturday.

Roman Whickers has sparked the Pirates since moving from off-guard to the point, scoring 22 and 16 points in Whitworth’s two most recent games.

Nate Dunham leads the Pirates, averaging 19.5 points per game for the season. Nate Williams adds 14 ppg, and Jeff Arkills averages 10 points and 4.5 rebounds.
