Foul Shots Give Lancers A Boost

Amy Torguson scored 15 points and Heather Cornwall added 11 as the Liberty Lancers (2-1 Bi-County, 3-4 overall) knocked off the Reardan Indians (2-1, 4-3) 60-54 at Reardan on Saturday night.

The game was marred by 54 fouls, and the Lancers won it at the free-throw line, going 29 for 44. The Indians, on the other hand, shot a dismal 10 for 24 from the foul line.
