Drug Charges Follow Visit By Deputies
A Pine Creek, Idaho, man was arrested on charges of manufacturing a controlled substance Thursday after Shoshone County sheriff’s deputies investigated a domestic dispute at his home.
Deputies allegedly found 200 small marijuana plants at the home of William Benway, 21, said Sheriff Charles “Spike” Angle. They also found growing lights and other growing materials.
The plants were approximately one-half inch tall.
Benway was taken to the Shoshone County Jail.
