Humphries For Edwards

The Utah Jazz traded guard Jay Humphries and a second-round draft choice to the Boston Celtics for small forward Blue Edwards, who was Utah’s first pick of the 1989 draft.

It is the second time Edwards and Humphries have been traded for each other. On June 24, 1992, Edwards, Eric Murdock and a 1992 first-round draft choice were traded by Utah to Milwaukee for Humphries and Larry Krystkowiak.
