Sit-In Game To Resume

The Massachusetts-Rutgers game, suspended at halftime because of a student sit-in, will be resumed March 3 at the Spectrum in Philadelphia, Atlantic 10 Conference officials said.

The Feb. 7 game was suspended, with Rutgers leading 31-29, when a sit-in took place on the court. The students were protesting remarks made by Rutgers president Francis Lawrence in November linking minority students’ genetic background with test scores.
