Post Falls Police

Daniel Horstmeyer reported Sunday the $400 theft of a leveling tool from a vehicle parked in the 500 block of East Fourth Avenue.

Carole Fredekind reported Monday the $300 theft of a bicycle from a residence in the 400 block of East 21st Avenue.

James Mulcahy reported Tuesday the $1,120 theft of a CD player, Sims snowboard and approximately 26 compact discs from a vehicle parked in the 1900 block of Sundance Drive.

Dennis Van Dyke reported Tuesday the $800 theft of a Honda air compressor from General Rental Center, 3120 E. Seltice Way.

Kootenai County Sheriff

Donald Nicol, Spokane, reported Tuesday the $700 theft of a chain saw and an eight-foot Myers snow blade from a storage shed located on his property on Hayden Lake Loop Road, near Sunset Beach.

Charles Foster reported Tuesday $500 damage done to his ‘94 Chevy pickup parked at his business All Service Manufactured Home Service, 6606 Seltice, Coeur d’Alene. Someone made about a 40-inch scratch along one side of the truck.

LaVern Sieler, Spokane, reported Tuesday the $1,425 theft of household items including a TV and a microwave from his camper-trailer parked on Spokane Point, Coeur d’Alene Lake. Damage caused by the break-in is estimated at $180.

Barbara Vincent reported Tuesday the $1,415 theft of household and outdoor items from her summer home and storage shed in the 3700 block of Hayden Lake Road.

Bonner County Sheriff

George Rumberger, Spokane, reported Monday that his skis, valued at $750, were stolen at Schweitzer Mountian Resort.

Carson Shields, Chattaroy, reported Monday that his skis, valued at $250, were stolen from Schweitzer Mountain Resort.

John Thomson, St. Maries, reported Monday that his skis, valued at $500, had been stolen from Schweitzer Mountain Resort.
