Three Plead Innocent To Kidnapping Charges

Three Californians have pleaded innocent to charges of kidnapping a local “recovering” drug trafficker.

If convicted, Wilford Hicks, 30; Charles Jones, 26; and David Rhodes, 27, could face life in prison on first-degree kidnapping charges.

The kidnap victim, 23-year-old Justin Schoenauer, also could face life in prison on charges in connection with a June 29 drive-by shooting and a Dec. 16 drug raid at his home. All four men are being held at the Twin Falls County Jail.
