Chris Evert will be enshrined into the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, R.I.

Evert, 40, will be this year’s lone inductee where tennis’ most famous names - from Don Budge (enshrined in 1964) to Bjorn Borg (1987) - are enscribed on plaques. Induction ceremonies are set for July 16, sandwiched between a women’s pro exhibition and the finals of a men’s tour event.
