Worley Man Dies In Motorcycle Crash

A Worley, Idaho, man died after losing control of a motorcycle Friday in Benewah County.

Melvin L. George, 21, died of massive head injuries as a result of the accident at 5:33 p.m. in St. Maries, the Idaho State Police said.

George was driving a 1981 Yamaha westbound on St. Joe Road when he passed another vehicle, entered a curve and struck a guardrail, causing him to lose his helmet, the state police said.
