Roberts, who started 46 games for the University of California over the past three seasons, has decided to transfer to UC Riverside for his final season, the school announced. Roberts, a 5-foot-11 guard who set a Cal record with 127 assists as a freshman in 1991-92, started 12 games last season and averaged 8.8 points.
