Kootenai County sheriff

Sandy Martello reported Tuesday $410 in damage to her roommate Diane Burnha’s mobile home parked in a commercial storage space, plus the theft of $273 worth of items.

Deputy Lee Richardson reported about $2,000 in damage to irrigation pipes and a field belonging to Jacklin Seed, Post Falls, done by a car that was being chased by the Rathdrum (Idaho) Police Department.

Martin Ellington reported Tuesday the theft of a bridle and saddle worth $675. Someone had borrowed them from him last November or December and never returned them.

Janice Dahlberg reported Monday the theft of her daughter’s $510 mountain bike from their garage in the 2700 block of Eighth Street.

Elizabeth Heimsch reported Tuesday the $385 theft of her wallet and cash from the Showboat III movie theater, 5715 N. Pioneer Drive.

Jason Balken reported Monday the $801 theft of a leather jacket, a wallet, a videocassette recorder and stereo equipment from his home in the 1900 block of St. Maries.

Brandon Krommenhoek, a clerk for U-Haul Co., 750 Appleway, reported Monday the theft of a 1989 Ford Van worth $20,000 from the business. It was to have been returned March 9.

Dave Gray, an installer for Cablevision, reported Tuesday the theft of cable TV service worth $500 by residents in the 400 block of 11th Street.

Jason House, of the 1300 block of Elm Avenue, reported Monday the $700 theft of two checks from his mail.

Kathy Miller reported Monday the theft of a 1982 Toyota worth $2,300 as well as about $1,500 in damage.

Keven Johnson reported Monday the theft of power tools worth $630 from Napa Auto Parts, 703 E. Seltice Way.
