Compiled From Wire Services

Chicago prep star Kevin Garnett has made himself available for the NBA draft, but he still plans to play college basketball if he earns the necessary test score.

The 6-foot-11, 217-pound center played his senior season at Farragut High School after growing up in South Carolina.

Garnett, the MVP at this year’s McDonald’s All-America game, has narrowed his college choices to Michigan, South Carolina and North Carolina.

Marcus Camby, the University of Massachusetts sophomore center, has decided to forgo the NBA draft and remain in school at least one more year.

Starting guard Doron Sheffer said he will remain at University of Connecticut for his final year of eligibility.
