Mr. And Mrs. Vertrees Spokane

Richard “Jim” and Shirley Vertrees, Spokane, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house at their home.

Hosts for the event were their children and spouses: Louanne and Terry Resleff, Spokane; and Dan and Debby Vertrees, Danville, Calif.

Married Oct. 27, 1945, in Puyallup, Wash., the Vertrees have three grandchildren.
