Kathryn Morrison, Post Falls, reported Nov. 20 the $900 theft of an amplifier, guitar and 20 compact disks from her home on the 600 block of 16th Avenue.

Kootenai County sheriff

Erlene Wylie reported Sunday the $600 theft of Nintendo games and equipment and two cameras from her home in the 12000 block of Pine Tree Road, Hayden.

Rita Townley, Olympia, Wash., reported Sunday the $1,290 theft of power tools and lawn equipment from a Airway Self Storage Unit, Hayden.

Alice Graf, Rathdrum, reported Saturday the $1,265 theft of her mother’s ring from her home.

James Ashburn, Twin Lakes, reported Saturday the $1,780 theft of furniture from Charlene Applegate’s summer cabin.

Michael Meyer reported Monday the $33,000 theft of a unique and rare gun collection, a buffalo hide, and a John Deere garden tractor from his home near Spirit Lake. Damage caused by the theft is estimated at $2,000.

Jeffrey Wood, a contractor, reported Monday that while he was working on electric lines on Seltice Way, Post Falls, someone stole a ATV valued at $6,000 from a vacant lot.

Stacie Kokkinen reported Monday the $7,500 theft of a ‘84 Honda Prelude while parked at Topline Roof Trusses, 2507 Highway 41.

Steven Johnson reported Monday the $4,690 theft of a stereo and computer system, jewelry, pistol and money from his home on Riverview, Post Falls.

Alvin Peterson reported Monday the $1,243 theft of a chain saw and miscellaneous household and garage equipment from his home near Athol.

Coeur d’Alene police

Gordon Krogedal reported Wednesday for Rays R.V., 3340 Atlas Road, the $619 theft of a television and video camcorder from a motor home parked on the lot. Damage from the theft was estimated at $200.

Billy Dunn reported Thursday $800 damage done to her 1984 Ford pickup by someone throwing a piece of concrete through both the passenger and driver’s side windows.

Maria Barcia reported Saturday the $2,100 theft of a leather jacket, video camera and a gold ring from her home in the 4200 block of Abey Road sometime between March and June.

Gloria Gueydan reported Saturday $800 damage to her 1994 Dodge Caravan when rocks hit it. She thought someone had thrown rocks off the Ninth Street bridge.

Jerry Franklin, manager for Montgomery Ward, 101 Best Ave., reported Saturday the $1,798 theft of two video cameras.

Joseph Muckenthaler reported Friday the $1,200 theft of a ‘88 Toyota Celica from his garage in the 700 block of Government Way.

Dale Smith reported Saturday the $1,145 theft of a stereo system and other items from his ‘85 Nissan pickup. Damage to the truck is $500.

Coralee Groscost reported Tuesday that five storage units in Anton Mini Storage were broken into. Groscost was unsure of the amount of theft.

Betty Turbin reported $800 worth of miscellaneous items including fishing and craft equipment from her unit. The other four unitrenters hadn’t filed reports at the time.

Jim Brown reported Wednesday the $1,370 theft of power carpentry tools from his truck parked in the 1200 block of Lincoln Way.

Brad McGuigan reported Wednesday the $2,399 theft of construction tools from his truck parked in the 2900 block of Francis Street.

David Young, Sandpoint, reported Saturday the $3,699 theft of furniture. An acquaintance has the furniture and will not return it.

Timothy Turrell reported Saturday the $3,283 theft of his ‘86 Ford Mustang from his home in the 1100 block of Emma.

Sandor Cavanaugh, a sales person for Radio Shack, 200 W. Hanley, reported Monday the $900 theft of a video camera from the store.

Lovina Yates reported Monday the $1,000 theft of a Navajo rug from the Wiggett Antique Mall, 119 N. Fourth St.

Michael Hodgson reported Sunday the $800 theft of a gun and a speaker from the cab of his ‘93 Ford pickup parked at home in the 3900 block of 19th Street.

Chris Wightman, reported Monday the $500 theft of a stereo system from his truck parked at home in the 1600 block of Seventh Street.

John Janke reported Sunday the $4,000 theft of his ‘77 Ford Bronco parked at the Coeur d’Alene Fire Department.

John Nelson, owner of J & D Stereo, 1024 N. Fourth St., reported Friday the theft of 21 stereo items from the store between July and November. The total value of the items was unknown when the report was filed.
