Motorists Should Expect Delays On Several Forest Service Roads

Motorists can expect delays of up to 15 minutes on several Forest Service roads north of Clarkia this month beginning Monday.

The Bonneville Power Administration will be replacing 10 miles of buried electrical cable under Forest Service Road 1451, Staples Creek Road, and Forest Service Road 1491, West Fork Merry Creek, just north of Clarkia.

Construction will last approximately four weeks with crews working from 7 a.m. until dusk, Monday through Thursday.
