Former British and U.S. Open champion Tony Jacklin carded a 5-under 67 to win the $600,000 Franklin Quest Championship in Park City, Utah, by one shot over six players.

Jacklin, in his second year on the Senior PGA Tour, finished the 54-hole event at 10-under 206 over the par-72, 7,026 yard Park Meadows Golf Club.

In second place were a host of big names including Tom Weiskopf who closed with a 6-under 66 as did former champion Dave Stockton, who were at 207.

Hall of Famer Betsy King and rookie Emilee Klein shot their second consecutive 5-under-par 67s to share the second-round lead in the LPGA Rail Classic in Springfield, Ill.

Beth Daniel, who won the tournament in 1989 and 1990, also shot a 67 to remain two back. She eagled No. 15. Leta Lindley was three back after a 66.

Robin Walton of Clarkston missed the cut after shooting a 70 for a two-day total of 147.
