Police Blotter Coeur d’Alene police

Richard Stokey reported Tuesday $500 damage to the door of his van when someone kicked it while he was parked at the Kootenai County Jail parking lot, 5500 Government Way.

Robert Prendergast reported Tuesday the $1,684 theft of a stereo, speakers and compact discs from his car parked in the 1400 block of Locust Ave.

Charles Troutman reported Tuesday the $500 theft of a CD player and 10 compact discs from his pickup truck parked at his home in the 1900 block of 13th St.

Frank Pils reported Monday the $4,005 theft of Indian and Chinese artifacts, black powder, telephone and videocassette recorder from his home in the 1100 block of Front Ave.

Donald Elles, purchasing agent for Hecla Mining Co., reported Tuesday $350 damage to seven signs on the company property at 6500 Mineral Drive.

Timothy Pitts reported Tuesday the $3,165 theft of a stereo, amplifier, camera and cash from two cars parked at his home in the 1200 block of Syringa Drive.

Sallie Manthos, Coeur d’Alene, reported Tuesday the $300 theft of a home stereo and dinnerware from her storage unit at A and L Mini Storage, 4400 Seltice Way.

Dennis Osborn, Athol, reported Tuesday the $1,100 theft of tools and equipment from his storage shed on his property in the 23000 block of Corbin Hill.

Keith Shannon, employee of Harrison Dock Builders, reported Tuesday the $1,500 theft of a company truck from the business lot at 23445 Highway 97.

Dennis Hussey, Liberty Lake, Wash., reported Tuesday the $600 theft of his Ford Pinto from the parking lot of Stateline Electronics, 6820 Seltice Way.
