Prison Releases

The following prisoners were released during August by the Washington Department of Corrections.

Roger Rice Sentenced in Pierce County to 11 years, 11 months and five days for manslaughter, Rice was released to Spokane County after serving seven years, 11 months and 16 days.

Glenn Cook Sentenced in Spokane County to five years for rape of a child, Cook was released to Utah after serving three years, six months and 28 days.

James Carson Sentenced in Thurston County to five years, four months and two days for rape of child, Carson was released to Spokane County after serving five years, 10 months and two days.

Robert Shaver Sentenced in Whatcom County to three years, five months and two days for indecent liberties, Shaver was released to Spokane County after serving two years, three months and seven days.

James Deno Sentenced in King County to five years for indecent liberties, Deno was released to Spokane County after serving three years and 24 days.

Vernon Agee Sentenced in King County to nine years, two months and two days for firstdegree robbery, Agee was released to Spokane County after serving six years, 11 months and 13 days.

William Besse Sentenced in Chelan County to three years, five months and two days for first-degree robbery, Besse was released to Spokane County after serving two years, one month and 10 days.

Robert Ledbetter Sentenced in Spokane County to five years, three months and two days for second-degree robbery, Ledbetter was released to immigration authorities after serving three years, one month and 15 days.

Edward Daniels Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, nine months and four days for second-degree assault, Daniels was released to Spokane after serving four months and three days.

Jerome Robinson Sentenced in King County to five years, two months and one day for second-degree assault, Robinson was released to Spokane County after serving three years, 12 months and one day.

James Johnson Sentenced in Spokane County to three years, 10 months and four days for assault, Johnson was released to California after serving two years, eight months and three days.

Michael Petrycki Sentenced in King County to three years, nine months and four days for assault, Petrycki was released to Spokane County after serving two years, eight months and 26 days.

Todd Vaughn Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, three months and one day for firstdegree burglary, Vaughn was released to Snohomish County after serving one year, six months and 22 days.

David Brewczynski Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, nine months and four days for first-degree burglary, Brewczynski was released to Spokane County after serving one year, eight months and 17 days.

Randy Kublic Sentenced in Yakima County to six years, seven months and three days for first-degree burglary, Kublic was released to Spokane County after serving four years, eight months and 25 days.
