Dear Heloise: Recycling tip: I save all plastic bags that have the hole for your hand (newspaper bags) and send them to school with my daughter. She teaches second grade and uses the bags for the children to carry their papers home. Especially nice on rainy days! She is affectionately known at school as the “bag lady.”
