Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Robert F. Hemby 53, Coeur d’Alene, nonsufficient funds checks, $500 bond.

Valerie S. Syth 25, Sandpoint, nonsufficient funds check, $500 bond.

Rupert L. Edgar 44, Scottsdale, Ariz., aggravated battery, $10,000 bond.

John J. Keuter 25, Hayden Lake, grand theft (two counts), petty theft, $5,500 bond.

Timothy M. Essex 21, Bonners Ferry, burglary, grand theft, $10,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Robert E. Fritz 38, Athol, contempt/driving under the influence, $416 bond.

Gary W. Rapp 44, Post Falls, contempt/ driving under the influence, $502 bond.

Timothy P. Peterman 37, Post Falls, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $201 bond.

Jay W. Simpson Jr. 20, Post Falls, contempt/driving while suspended, $250 bond.
