Crum A Finalist In Evanston, Ill.

Spokane City Manager Roger Crum is a finalist for the city manager’s post in Evanston, Ill.

Crum withdrew his name from consideration for the top spot in Dayton, Ohio, because interviews for the two jobs were slated for the same weekend.

He committed to the Evanston interviews before hearing from Dayton last week, Crum said.
