Eastern Opens Two-A-Day Practices
Eastern Washington University, hoping to rebound from last year’s disastrous 3-8 season, will open two-a-day fall practices Monday at 9 a.m.
First-year players reported last Friday and veterans checked in Saturday. Third-year coach Mike Kramer said he plans to practice at 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. during two-a-days.
The Eagles, in preparation for their Sept. 7 season-opener at Weber State, will stage their first scrimmage Saturday afternoon at 3.
