Coeur d’Alene police

John Smetana of Frame and Smetana PA, 604 N. Fourth Street, reported the $320 theft of a cellular phone from the company’s Suburban.

Stacy Watson reported Tuesday the $453 theft of a 21-speed bicycle from her pickup parked at Lakes Middle School.

Rita Brewer, Hayden Lake, reported Thursday the $350 theft of a JVC compact disc player from her vehicle parked at the Chevron station, 406 W. Appleway.

Patrick Fisher reported Tuesday the $1,046 theft of stereo equipment from his vehicle parked in the 1300 block of Lakeside Avenue.

Donald Sargent reported Tuesday the $1,600 theft of an Evinrude trolling motor from his boat parked in the 4400 block of Atlantic Drive. Benjamin Waters reported Tuesday the $734 theft of a 21-speed mountain bike parked at Monarch Fisheries, 445 W. Cherry Lane.

Matthew Shaw reported Tuesday $2,000 malicious damage to his vehicle parked at Coeur d’Alene city park, Eighth and Young Avenue. Marie McTavisch reported Monday the theft of jewelry and cash valued at $830 from her home in the 3100 block of Fruitland Lane.

Kootenai County sheriff

Larry Mehling reported Tuesday the $400 theft of a BMX bicycle from the 10000 block of Hillview Drive, Hayden.

William Howard reported Tuesday the $361 theft of camping equipment from his vehicle parked at the Beachhouse Restaurant/Marina in Coeur d’Alene. Elmer Mundt reported Tuesday $600 malicious damage to farm equipment located in the 1500 block of South Standing Elk Trail and Meadowbrook Road.

Post Falls police

Kerri Thoreson, Post Falls, reported Friday $1,000 damage to her garage and car windows from a baseball bat at her residence on the 2500 block of Powderhorn Drive.

Robert Scott, Butte, reported Friday $600 damage to his van after somebody hit it with a rock while it was parked on the 600 block of Greenferry Road.

Jeffery Blakney, employee of Pepsi Cola, reported Friday the $2,500 theft of a computer from his company truck parked at Ross Point Chevron, 4020 Seltice Way.

Wayne Walker, Post Falls, reported Saturday the $730 theft of fishing equipment from his boat at his residence on the 2400 block of Seltice Way.
